Poll: Would you like to see a show after the conference?
There are 3 options (that we know of) that evening
After conference activities should be a big part of the evening following the conference so we’ve been trying to wrangle up some options downtown in addition to planning some of our own.
It turns out there are 3 options for shows, two of which are dinner shows so I wanted to get some early feedback because in case we need to book a block in advance.
Here are the 3 shows…
Wicked at The Peace Center
From August 2nd through August 20th, “Wicked” is coming to The Peace Center. Even if you’re not interested in going right after the conference, it may be something you want to factor into your trip planning on the days before or after.
Tommy Davidson at The Comedy Zone
Standup comedian and actor Tommy Davidson, famous for his time on the show In Living Color, will be performing at The Comedy Zone all weekend long. The Comedy Zone offers dinner options with every performance as well.
Comedy Dinner Show at Cafe and Then Some
Cafe and Then Some offers dinner and comedy shows Thursday - Saturday with “Something to Offend Everyone”. Their current show may or may not be the one showing by the time the conference rolls around, but our loyal recommenders have informed us that it’s always a good time no matter the show.
Give us your feedback!
Thanks for helping us figure out how to steer this activity ship!
Blues Boulevard Jazz and Jack n' Diane's Dueling Pianos might be good after conference activities as well!
