Venue limit is 298 people this year, so we are doubling capacity from last year's 150.
And yes, there will be an open call for speakers (referenced in the Next up... section at the bottom). I expect the official call for speakers to begin around the first of the year and plan to close it out by the end of March. Official announcement pending.
